Brussels sprouts that actually taste like a treat? Yes, really. No fancy technique, no culinary degree required — just a few pantry staples, an air fryer, and about 15 minutes of patience. Once you make them this way, the sad, soggy, boiled-to-oblivion version you grew up with is dead to you. Good riddance.

Ingredients
- Brussels sprouts, halved and washed
- EVOO (extra virgin olive oil)
- Balsamic vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
Instructions
- Halve and wash your Brussels sprouts.

- Season with EVOO, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Eyeball it — no need to be precise!

- Let them sit in the “marinade” for at least 15 minutes.
- Place them in your air fryer basket cut side down.

- Air fry at 400°F for 8–10 minutes.

- Top with hot honey or a balsamic glaze. YUM!
Topping Ideas

Finish them off with hot honey (Desert Creek Texas Style Hot Honey with chipotle morita and habanero pepper is chef’s kiss) or a classic balsamic glaze (De Nigris does the job beautifully). Either way — you genuinely cannot go wrong. Pick whichever one is already in your pantry and call it a day.
